<For 1.5 - 2 years old>

This is the students first big jump into the wide world. This is their
first step in becoming independent and being away from their parents
for the first time. We work together with the parents on many social skills and keep daily updated notebooks on each student's progression. In doing this, the parents are always aware of the little steps that are being taken in the classroom. The students learn to take care of their own items. An example of some of the students' duties are learning to place their bag and jacket on their own hook, taking out their own towels and diapers, and toilet training. It is important that students become independent and learn to play by themselves before socially interacting with others. All communication is conducted all in English, so the children are exposed to English all day. This sets them up well to understand that when they come to school, it's English time.

CLASS GUIDELINES
1 Say goodbye to mommy.
2 Playing independently as well as with others.
3 Understanding teachers commands.
4 Taking care of personal items.

<For 2〜3years old>
We want to create a fun and caring environment especially for younger children who are learning to be independent from their mothers. We start this courageous adventure by studying and sharing time together! Ask your children the following questions and if they are unsure how to answer, please allow us to help you!
Can you go to the toilet alone?
Can you eat lunch without any help from mommy and daddy?
Can you share toys with friends?
Can you wait your turn?
It is important for children to play by themselves before learning to play with others. We value this alone time as well as time spent playing with others. Your children will have a great time playing with us!

CLASS GUIDELINES
1 Develop independence
2 No hitting or taking things from friends without asking. Don’t do anything that you wouldn’t want done to you!
3 Always say “please”, “thank you” and “I’m sorry.”
4 Listen to your teachers and friends.

<For 3〜5years old>
Children in this age group are starting to enjoy relationships with friends. As the opportunity to play with others increases, children begin to recognize the difference between themselves and others. Therefore, our goal for this age group is to teach children rules for social situations. We want to help every child to creatively develop and we appreciate their individual imaginations while spending time in a group.

CLASS GUIDELINES
1 Share with your classmates.
2 Don’t cheat or hurt others.
3 Be nice to friends.
4 Play safely.
5 Always say “please”, “thank you” and “I’m sorry.”
6 Listen to your teachers and friends.

<For 5〜6years old>
As children begin to reach the age of 5, they have grown a lot both mentally and physically. Thus, this age group generally prefers to relate and play with others more than ever before. In addition, children now understand and enjoy games that require complex tasks such as speed and rhythm. At this stage of development, children start to enjoy a sense of belonging and can differentiate between right and wrong. They can apply this awareness to behavior of other children while also reflecting on their own behavior in social contexts. We understand that it is extremely important for children of this age to be exposed to a good educational environment. Therefore, we aim to provide a curriculum that can improve the student’s ability to feel confident and self-aware in different arenas. Our program’s main objective for this age group is that children will mature both educationally and emotionally, while raising their sense of confidence and responsibility.

CLASS GUIDELINES
1 Talk about how you feel.
2 Use your best manners.
3 Obey classroom rules.
4 Clean up after yourself.
5 Fulfill your classroom duties.
